Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor marketing team members.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with goals.
- Oversee and participate in content creation, including websites, social media, and promotional materials.
- Track, measure, and report on performance and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Attend community events, marketing events, and community engagement initiatives ensuring they reflect the company’s brand and support strategic business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
- Interact with facility staff, clients, and family members in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure staff is maintaining accurate project documentation in Monday.com.
- Other duties assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Education and experience in lieu of degree may be accepted.
- 8 years of experience in marketing or another related role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Create Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Operates with flexibility and adaptability to any environment.
- Ability to multi-task, interpreting on-going problems and suggesting possible solutions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
