- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while managing medical records and documentation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Medent EMR for accurate data entry and medical documentation.
Skills
- Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Experience working with patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Familiarity with MEDENT EMR for accurate clinical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for caregiver interaction, patient education, and family support.
