Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience while promoting our products and services. Most work is performed in the office from 9-5. This is a part position for approximately 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with insurance and coverage questions.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and promote services.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records and transaction details.
- Handle monetary transactions efficiently and securely in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Insurance experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
