Our St. Louis Civil team is looking for an entry-level Civil Staff Engineer who is ready to jump in and support the team. Our ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree, has 1 years of Civil Engineering experience, including internships & has successfully passed the FE exam.

Essential Duties:
- Performs site investigations and inspections in the field during and post construction, ensuring proper documentation and coordination as assigned.
- Prepares engineering plans utilizing AutoCAD/Revit or similar design platforms.
- Assists in production of final construction drawings, details, and specifications.
- Prepares reports and calculations based on assigned project(s) including assessments, analysis, opinions of cost and other key components.
- Assists project managers as requested.
- Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects.
- Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
- Attends client and public meetings as needed.
- Participates in and conducts research on local regulations based on project location(s).
- Participates in business development efforts as requested.
- Provides technical support and assistance to project teams in the preparation and delivery of project deliverables.
- Works collaboratively with project managers, senior engineers, and project team members to support the coordination, completeness, and accuracy of project deliverables and technical requirements.
- Demonstrate the potential or ability to lead technical efforts as part of the overall design process.
- Follow and abide by the DMA employee and safety manuals.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
