Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
Sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
Prospect and build client relationships through community outreach, networking, and referrals
Educate clients about insurance options tailored to their needs
Follow up on leads provided through Farmers' programs
Manage policy renewals and provide outstanding customer service
Requirements
Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Must be Life and/or Property & Casualty licensed (or willing to obtain)
Driven, coach-able, and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Bilingual is a plus!
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
