Role Description
David L Carrasco Job Corps Center is seeking a full-time Human Resources Manager to join our team on-site in El Paso, TX. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, developing HR strategies, organizing training programs, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
