About DualEntry
DualEntry is building an AI-native ERP platform for accounting teams in one of the world's largest fintech markets — representing more than $220 billion annually. While many companies still rely on decades-old on-premise systems, DualEntry is modernizing the category through AI-powered automation that eliminates manual accounting workflows. Founded in 2024, the company has raised more than $100 million in just 18 months from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Khosla Ventures, Google Ventures, and leading angels. Customers range from $5M ARR businesses to publicly traded enterprises.
About The Role
As VP of Sales, you'll build and lead the company's revenue engine while working directly with the founders. This is a true player-coach role requiring both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. You'll close high-value deals, develop the sales organization, build scalable processes, and help define how the company sells as it expands into new markets.
What You'll Own
Strong signals include prior VP of Sales or Director of Sales experience at a high-growth fintech, ERP, or accounting software startup — particularly those with CPA, accounting, audit, or Big Four backgrounds, experience building a sales team and motion from zero to one, hiring the first 10 AEs, designing comp plans and forecasting systems, and demonstrated revenue growth to $15M–$25M ARR.
