Founded in late 2024, they've already seen strong early traction across tens of thousands of units nationwide, and they're bringing their integration layer in-house as they scale.

The RoleYou'll own and build the integrations that connect the platform to third-party property management systems and bespoke client systems. This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: you'll learn complex external systems quickly, scope integration work directly with customers, and take end-to-end ownership of the integration layer.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining integrations with property management systems and custom client systems
- Joining customer calls to gather integration requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Designing and shipping zero-to-one integrations for enterprise customers with proprietary systems
- Working closely with the platform and product teams to refactor and scale the system
Tech stack: Python, FastAPI, REST APIs
Requirements- 2–5 years of experience as a backend software engineer
- Strong hands-on Python and FastAPI skills
- A track record of building and maintaining third-party API integrations
- Experience designing integrations — REST APIs, data modeling, and webhooks
- Startup experience (roughly seed to Series A, under 50 people) with direct, hands-on ownership of your technical work
- Customer-facing engineering experience
- A BS in Computer Science or an equivalent technical degree
- Based in the NYC area and able to work a 3-day hybrid schedule near Penn Station
- Exposure to proptech or property management systems such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage
- Experience with agentic AI workflows or LLM tooling
