Responsibilities
- Manage customer interactions with the Agency.
- Training provided to manage customer database.
- Help manage lead systems.
- Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
- Integrate customer onboarding systems.
Requirements
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Prior customer service experience preferred.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred. Willing to train. Licensing assistance available.
- A Life & Health Insurance license is preferred.
- Spanish bilingual is a bonus.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
