What You’ll Do:
- Manage a caseload of litigation files from filing through resolution
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and support
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and third parties
- Draft and assist with legal documents, discovery, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files (digital and physical)
- Assist in preparing cases for depositions, mediations, and trial
- Track deadlines and ensure timely case progression
- Request and review medical records, bills, and related documents
- Support attorneys with case strategy and overall file management
- Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager, Litigation Assistant, or Paralegal (personal injury preferred)
- Strong understanding of the litigation process
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well in a team environment
