ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day conception and production processes for all Tier 1 National projects (e.g. Print, OOH, 360 Media Integrations, Value Adds, etc.). They also responsible for assisting the two Account Supervisors on large production initiatives –Broadcast production, Integrated Campaigns, etc. The Sr. AE is the “go to” person on client creative expectations, product questions, production specs, media specs and legal feedback. This person will also be responsible for the management and career development of an Assistant Account Executive.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
\n- Leading digital, print and OOH for all vehicle lines
- Oversee AAE on all 360 Brand Integrations as well as broadcast, print and OOH rotations
- Collaborate with Digital, Tier 2 and Promotions AEs to ensure strategic brand integration and production efficiencies
- Proactively manage project budgets and ensures close financial adherence -- responsible for communicating any potential issues to the larger team, Account Supervisor and/or clients.
- Run weekly cross-agency status calls, client check-ins and media team updates
- Manages team documents (e.g. status reports, contact reports, workbooks, competitive activity, opening jobs, job reports, etc.).
- Assist with material/deck preparations for all Client presentations .
- Oversees preparation of Client meetings (decks, agendas, food, etc.).
- Be strategic, challenge and question everything.
- Develop assignment sheets and creative briefs as needed.
- Develop Project Assignment Sheets as necessary for Project Management team to ensure the timely delivery of creative.

- Work closely with Project Management and Producers to ensure:
- Production timeliness are met
- Internal reviews are completed and feedback accounted for, prior to presenting to clients
- Development of Copy-Decks (including legal disclaimers)
- Delivery of assets (‘goodie-bag’ including video assets)
- Creative trafficking (as needed)
- Production Direction to third-party vendors (as needed)
- Organization of final creative files
- Creative rotation/feedback is reflected across all parties (Client/Creative/Product Specialist/Account Services)
- Work closely with media partners to ensure all spec information is accurate and shared on time

- Maintain on-going communication with all departments (including vendors) to ensure available assets are shared .
- Assist other departments on ‘larger’ efforts (i.e. Competitive Reviews, Integrated Production Schedules, etc.)

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The base salary range is $68k - $72k plus benefits.
