The Support Services Business Unit is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist in Bellevue, WA.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and end-user support for Microsoft Windows environments 
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues 
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and applications 
• Support Microsoft Office and other common (and not-so common) business and engineering applications 
• Respond to and track support requests in a timely and professional manner 
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures 
• Maintain organized inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment 
• Collaborate with other IT staff to support infrastructure and operational initiatives

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Provide desktop and end-user support for Microsoft Windows environments
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and applications
• Support Microsoft Office and other common (and not-so common) business and engineering applications
• Respond to and track support requests in a timely and professional manner
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures
• Maintain organized inventory and asset tracking for IT equipment
• Collaborate with other IT staff to support infrastructure and operational initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous Help Desk or Service Desk experience 
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management tools 
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT documentation practices 
• Technical certifications are a plus (CompTIA A , Microsoft certifications, etc.)
