Position Overview
Superintendent I supports daily field operations and works under the direct guidance of a Senior Superintendent, Superintendent II, or Assistant Superintendent, depending on the project. This role focuses on learning company procedures, assisting with coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite.

Position Overview
Superintendent I supports daily field operations and works under the direct guidance of a Senior Superintendent, Superintendent II, or Assistant Superintendent, depending on the project. This role focuses on learning company procedures, assisting with coordination, and maintaining a safe, organized jobsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site setup, cleanliness, and safety inspections.
- Coordinate subcontractors by relaying instructions and tracking basic progress.
- Maintain project logs (deliveries, visitors, safety checks, etc.).
- Observe and report quality issues to Superintendent II or III and/or Project manager as required.
- Support compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Attend meetings and assist with documentation as requested.
- Learn scheduling, reporting, and company field management systems.
- 14 years of construction or relevant trade experience.
- Basic understanding of construction tools, tasks, and jobsite operations.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates strong initiative and independently drives tasks to completion.
- Ability to use digital reporting tools and field management applications
- Experience in commercial construction or skilled trades.
- Familiarity with reading basic construction drawings.
- Exposure to safety practices (OSHA 30 preferred).
