I opened my agency in 1978 and currently lead a team of four. Over the years, I’ve focused on building a stable, supportive environment where both customers and team members feel valued for the long term.
I attended Missouri State University and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. I’m very family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my wife, son, and daughter. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and golfing whenever I can.
I stay active in the community through involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and the Community Foundation of the Ozarks. Building strong local relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are as an agency.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with David Coday - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Salary : $35,000 - $41,000
