What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Machine Setup/Operator position at David Calderon?
We are seeking a CNC Lathe / Mill Set Up & Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC lathe / mill with provided programs in a timely manner
- Responsible for gathering all cutting tools needed for set up
- Submit FA's
- Run all material provided
- Must be able to check your own parts
- Some parts require deburring at the machine
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years' experience on the machines
- Must be able to read CNC program code
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Programming skills are a PLUS
- Spanish speaking is a PLUS
Ability to Commute:
- Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Costa Mesa, CA 92626: Relocate before starting work (Required)
