What You’ll Do
As the Children’s Publishing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping projects moving smoothly and supporting the success of our children’s publishing efforts.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the publishing team, including scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, and tracking deliverables
- Assist with product development by monitoring timelines, documenting action items, and following up with internal partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, editorial, production, and sales teams to move products through the publishing process
- Conduct market and competitive research to support product strategy and brand decisions
- Help plan and coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities that increase brand visibility
- Prepare and update brand plans, presentations, reports, and leadership updates
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support publishing initiatives
- Maintain organized digital brand and product folders, ensuring files are current and accessible
- Support additional projects as needed with a flexible, can-do attitude
Salary : $21 - $26
