Responsibilities

•       Appear in court to argue motions in foreclosure and related default services matters

•       Draft pleadings, motions, and client documents in collaboration with support staff

•       Research and analyze complex client matters, advising partners on strategy and potential resolution

•       Manage a caseload of uncontested foreclosures, defensive litigation, and ancillary matters on behalf of mortgage servicers and investors

•       Supervise and mentor support staff, developing leadership skills alongside your legal practice

Requirements

•       J.D. degree with bar admission in good standing

•       New York bar admission required; New Jersey admission is a strong plus
