Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead hardscape and landscape construction projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage crews while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead hardscape and landscape construction crews
- Oversee installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, plantings, and related projects
- Read and interpret project plans
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with management and team members
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hardscape and landscape construction
- Leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Ability to operate equipment and construction tools
- Valid, clean driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
