Responsibilities
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department
- Take accurate messages when necessary
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Provide basic administrative and clerical support
- Assist dealership departments with other tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable answering a multi-line phone system
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Applicants must have evening and Saturday availability.
