Starting Pay: $26-32/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

Your Impact
- Review job specifications to ensure all materials and equipment are prepared and loaded
- Lead and support crew members throughout job installation
- Evaluate job site conditions and make necessary adjustments
- Actively participate in installations to keep projects on track and on schedule
- Troubleshoot challenges in real time and ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain job site safety and enforce company standards
- Complete and submit accurate job paperwork and documentation
What You Provide
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to lift, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor daily
- Willingness to travel as needed (travel is planned in advance)
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency required)
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Experience in construction, foundation repair, or related trades preferred
