ANNUITY ADMINISTRATOR

This position will be responsible for the administration of the firm’s annuity business including processing and record-keeping of contract purchases and providing ongoing support for the firm’s existing contracts.

Responsibilities
- Assisting with inquiries and requests from Financial Advisors and Client Service Associates
- Processing new applications and servicing of existing contracts/policies
- Analyzing, handling and logging business requests relating to annuity products
- Creating and maintaining internal forms and marketing pieces
- Maintaining the Annuity intranet page
- College degree
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Professional and service-oriented demeanor
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks within a stated deadline
- Ability to take direction and complete assignments with little supervision
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- Desire to work in a team environment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing work environment
