This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madison, CT, for a Hydronics Inside Sales professional. The role involves supporting sales activities, managing customer inquiries, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will engage in personalized communication with clients, provide product information, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and team members
- Ability to learn and apply technical knowledge related to hydronic systems
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software
- Previous experience in the HVAC or hydronics industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus
