Sales Career Program Responsibilities:
- Network in the community and proactively reach out to prospective buyers
- Schedule appointments
- Serve our guests by actively listening to their vehicle needs and persuading them towards the best choice
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with our guests, with a focus on customer retention and repeat business
- Provide a low-pressure buying experience for our guests from beginning to end, while handling objections, negotiating, and closing car deals
- Communicate with guests, management, and other teammates to solve problems
- Follow up on detail-oriented tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
- Achieve Nissan & Subaru Certifications
