Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity and quality.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to support various construction activities.
- Perform heavy lifting and material handling to facilitate the movement of supplies and equipment on site.
- Support masonry, drywall, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and other renovation tasks as needed.
- Aid in the setup and operation of concrete mixers and concrete pumping equipment for pouring projects.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working with heavy machinery and during site operations to maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or roofing is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and concrete finishing techniques.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing strenuous tasks.
