We are looking for an experienced automotive professional who enjoys helping customers and solving problems.
Our customers often don’t know exactly what they need. Success in this position depends on asking the right questions, researching vehicle applications, verifying compatibility, and using your automotive knowledge to recommend the correct part—not simply taking orders.
Accuracy is essential. Selling the wrong part costs time, money, and customer confidence. The successful candidate takes pride in getting it right the first time whenever possible.
This is a fast-paced position that requires constant multitasking. A typical day may include answering multiple phone calls, assisting walk-in customers, researching interchange, locating brokered parts, processing payments, creating shipping labels, coordinating with the shop, and helping coworkers—all while maintaining a positive, professional attitude.
