- Performing repairs and maintenance on a wide range of vehicle makes and models.

- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and procedures through ongoing training and development.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong combination of technical skills and personal qualities. These include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Technician.
- An ASE Certification is mandatory, while Ford Certification is highly valued.
- Previous experience at a Ford dealership is considered a plus.
- B-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- A positive, friendly attitude along with an eagerness to improve.
- Able to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
