Responsibilities:Start your real estate career by building a strong foundation in client outreach, appointment setting, and preparing for contract negotiations. Develop the skills to connect effectively with potential clients and set yourself up for long-term success.
- While working toward your South Carolina real estate license, your main focus will be generating leads and connecting with prospective clients. You’ll use our real estate CRM to efficiently organize client information, track interactions, and ensure consistent follow-up.
- We offer fully sponsored enrollment in real estate school to support you throughout the licensing process. As you advance, you’ll have the opportunity to transition into a performance-driven sales role.
- After successfully passing the licensing exam, you’ll enter our fast-track training program—designed to help you launch your career as a high-achieving agent with six-figure income potential.
- Flexibility is essential in this role, as you’ll need to respond to inbound leads and meet with clients during both weekdays and weekends when needed.
- You’ll work closely with Inside Sales Agents, Transaction Coordinators, and Sales Leaders in a collaborative, high-energy environment that fosters continuous learning, professional development, and long-term career growth.
- Flexible and available to work on both weekdays and weekends to meet clients’ scheduling needs.
- Technologically adept, with strong proficiency in computers and CRM systems, ensuring efficient and confident operation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Detail-oriented and attentive, demonstrating exceptional active listening skills and precision in all tasks.
