Dave Droegkamp Heating, Cooling & Air Quality is a family-owned HVAC company located in Hartland. We are dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for both our employees and customers. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in residential and HVAC system installations, and any boiler experience or interest is a plus!
Required
- Proficient understanding of HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to operate tools safely.
- Willingness to obtain NATE/EPA certification if not already certified.
- Boiler experience or high interest in learning is a major plus!
- Positive attitude, integrity and a strong work ethic a must!
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform complete installations of HVAC systems, including ductwork, RTUs, mini-splits, furnaces, split systems, boilers, in-floor radiant systems, and more.
- Ensure proper installation, system balance, and refrigerant charging according to manufacturer specifications.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues, ensuring systems are fully operational upon completion.
- Follow all safety protocols and local building codes to ensure compliance during installations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
- Accurately complete and submit installation reports for future service or warranty purposes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs or more.
- Show a strong desire to learn and grow within the field.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Full-time position, Monday – Friday.
