Graphic & Motion Designer

About the Role

Dave Campbell’s Texas Sports is seeking a full-time Graphic & Motion Designer to join our in-office creative team. This person will bring visual consistency, motion graphics expertise, and brand-level polish to one of Texas’s most iconic sports media companies. You’ll collaborate across content, brand marketing, and sales to ensure our visual identity is unified, modern, and unmistakably Dave Campbell’s.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics for daily use across social media, video, web, print, newsletters, and live streams.
• Produce motion graphics packages for social media, studio shows, jumbotrons, and sponsor activations.
• Concept and design magazine and UIL program covers.
• Develop and maintain brand templates for digital, print, and sponsorship use.
• Design logos and co-branded marks for awards and special projects.
• Support Sales/Ops by producing sponsor deliverables (campaign assets including nomination templates, awards logos and voting platform creative).
• Create newsletter templates (editorial marketing) that align with brand and drive engagement.
• Partner with Brand Marketing on campaign and event creative.
• Ensure all assets meet brand standards and integrate smoothly with video and streaming production.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of design experience (sports, media, or entertainment preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) and Canva.
• Proven experience producing motion graphics and broadcast-ready visuals.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
• Team-oriented, organized, and energized by creative collaboration.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.
• Experience in email/newsletter design and optimization.
• A background in sports

Compensation

• Salary Range: $50,000–$65,000 benefits (based on experience)
• In-office, full-time position in Lewisville, TX
