Proven track record of successfully managing operations and meeting financial goals Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment Solid understanding of financial reports, budgeting, and forecasting Experience with cost control, inventory management, and profitability analysis Exceptional skills in delivering high-quality customer service and resolving issues effectively You can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeks Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, customers, and vendors Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as labor laws related to the restaurant industry Requirements: 21 years of age 5 years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor Strong business acumen Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.
