This is a full-time, on-site Senior Games Technician role located in Silver Spring, MD. The Senior Games Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting arcade games and attractions to ensure optimal performance and an excellent Guest experience. Day-to-day tasks include performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing and fixing mechanical and technical issues, supervising technical operations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Additionally, the Senior Games Technician will assist in training team members and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Technical knowledge of arcade game systems, troubleshooting, and repair
• Experience with preventative maintenance and diagnostic equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Leadership and team management skills to train and supervise team members
• Strong communication and customer service skills to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Ability to lift or move heavy equipment, and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• High school diploma or GED; technical certifications or equivalent experience in electronics or mechanical repair are a plus
• Previous experience in a maintenance or games technician role, preferably in a hospitality or entertainment setting
