Responsibilities (include but not limited to)
A Dunkin' Crew Member (CM) understands and exceeds guest expectations, needs and requirements.
A successful CM sets and maintains high standards for oneself, others, and acts as a role model.
CM's identify and resolve issues and problems to provide guests with a pleasant experience.
Relationships with team members are expected to be developed and maintained by all CM's.
