Job Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and professional customer service through phone, email, mail, and other service channels.
- Perform a high volume of data entry to accurately reflect prospective members, existing member changes, and membership dues across multiple databases.
- Guides chapters, state organizations and volunteer leaders with membership records, reporting, and other administrative processes.
- Maintains membership records to accurately reflect information changes, dues payments, and any positions held within the Society.
- Will generate membership, chapter, and operational reporting on the current membership levels within the DAR.
- Strong experience in a member or client services capacity with a high volume of data entry and database management.
- A minimum of 2 years of member services, customer service, administrative operations, or related service-oriented experience is required.
- A strong attention to detail and quality control that allows the incumbent to accurately process a high volume of transactions.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently, confidentially, and collaboratively with a broad range of people.
- Well-developed problem-solving and organization skills. Must be able to handle multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines.
- Hiring range is between $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, based upon skills and experience.
