Dauenhauer Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric is a well-established and reputable HVAC company dedicated to providing top-quality services. We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed HVAC Installers to join our team and contribute to the successful completion of our projects.
As an HVAC Installer, you will work as part of a dynamic and passionate team of professionals that demonstrate technical competencies and ensure the desired sales metrics.
Pay: $28-$35 hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems following manufacturer specifications and company requirements.
- Installing various HVAC equipment in customers' homes, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, outdoor coils, outdoor units, repairing refrigerants, txv, compressors, etc.
- Ensuring that new systems work efficiently by inspecting and testing them.
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Adhering to standard processes and procedures of the company, including properly stocking company vehicles with necessary parts, returning unused and defective parts, and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.
- Keeping the assigned company vehicle clean and performing any other duties directed by management
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of HVAC Install Experience
- Valid Journeyman HVAC License
- EPA Certification (Preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
