We’re Hiring: Diesel Service Technician (Field & Shop)

For over 60 years, Wm. Dauch Concrete has been building the foundation of our communities—and now we’re looking for a skilled Diesel Service Technician to help keep our fleet running strong.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong diesel mechanic experience (required)
- CDL preferred (must be able to operate company vehicles)
- Experience with heavy equipment, hydraulics, and diagnostics
- Welding/fabrication skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently—both in the shop and in the field
- Reliable, flexible, and ready to jump in when the job calls
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Every other Saturday half day
- Must be open to on-road service calls and flexible hours

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
