Responsibilities
- Participate in New Agent Launch, 12 week training program
- Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments
- Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments
- Manage database and productivity reports
- Commit to skill development through education and script practice
- Become a real estate local expert
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings
- Track activities and clients

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Sales experience tracking to a quota
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and internalize scripts

- Willing to obtain a real estate license (we'll help with this)
