Insurance Agent & Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a friendly, dependable Insurance Agent & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will work directly with customers to help with their insurance needs, answer questions, provide quotes, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs
- Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options
- Answer customer questions and provide excellent service
- Help with policy changes, renewals, payments, and general account needs
- Assist customers with the claims process when needed
- Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance products when appropriate
- Maintain accurate customer and policy information
- Stay up to date on insurance products and company guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous insurance experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Insurance license is preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable talking with customers, and wants to build lasting relationships with clients. Experience in insurance or customer service is a plus, but not necessary.
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
