Project Coordinator

- Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and track IT projects from inception through implementation and transition support
- Forecast, manage, and report on project progress, risks, issues, budget, and scope to ensure successful, on-time delivery within budget
- Manage communication and expectations across clients, sponsors, users, team members, contractors, and enterprise stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to established IT project methodologies and standards, including resource planning, risk assessments, project plans, and checkpoint reviews
- Collect and analyze data to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions
- Evaluate current operational processes using established modeling and assessment methods
- Partner with IT teams and business users to support process creation, redesign, and documentation
- Translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications for new initiatives
- Qualifications:2–6 years of relevant experience required
