Job Requirements
- :Full‐stack Java with Spring Boot; strong fundamentals in design patterns, APIs, data access, and secure coding
- .Cloud‐native development; containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes/AKS), and Azure service
- sDevOps & CI/CD: pipelines, automation, blue/green releases
- .Quality & Reliability: unit/integration tests, observability (logs/metrics/traces), performance tuning, incident playbooks
- .Microservices & messaging: REST, Kafka/Event Hubs, resilience patterns (retry, circuit breaker)
- .Data: SQL/NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySql, Cosmos DB), caching (Redis), query optimization
- .Collaboration: Agile delivery, clear communication, and partnering across product/architecture/SRE/QA
.Additional Requirements
:Tech Lead /Senior Java Developer (8-12 year's experience) with at least 3 years Leadership experience
- .Review architecture and design; recommend improvements aligned with requirements
- .Own end-to-end design, development, and deployment for multiple features or projects
