- Compensation of $22.00-25.00/hour
- Landscaping for all DATTCO properties – looking for someone with a green thumb!
- Ensure equipment repaired and maintained
- Help solving problems related to maintenance
- Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment
- Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members
- Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removal
- Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager
- Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed
- Daily attendance at work
- High school diploma, trade school or equivalent
- Experience in building and grounds maintenance
- Experience with commercial mowing equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude
- Must have a flexible schedule (Monday – Friday 0700 – 1530)
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to manage and organize priorities
Salary : $22 - $25
