Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary Assignment - W-2 ONLY)Location: Midtown East, Manhattan, NYHours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMPay Rate: $30-$35 per hour (depending on experience)Duration: Initial term of approximately 1 month, with potential extension up to 2 yearsWe are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist for a contract position located in Midtown Manhattan. Must commute to the office daily. You will screen, interview and present potential applicants that will be part of a consulting team that is working on a special project. This is a critical role requiring strong organizational and communication skills to identify and onboard qualified professionals quickly and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesScreen and evaluate resumes to ensure candidates meet qualification requirements.Conduct interviews with qualified applicants to assess their ability to perform assignments effectively and within required timelines.Collaborate with the hiring team to recommend top candidates.Maintain accurate records of candidate evaluations and interview outcomes.QualificationsProven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (government or on-profit experience preferred).Strong interviewing and assessment skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
