About Date & Time
Date & Time is an independent luxury jeweler in Sudbury, Massachusetts, and an Official Rolex Jeweler, also carrying Tudor, Breitling, and a curated selection of fine jewelry. We are a small, established team known for genuine service and long client relationships. This is a chance to build a career in luxury retail with real ownership of your clients and your sales.
What you will do
- Welcome clients and guide them through fine jewelry and luxury timepiece selections
- Build lasting client relationships and follow up to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Keep the sales floor and displays beautifully merchandised
- Support inventory control, including counts, tagging, and stock organization
- Assist with buying and product selection as you grow into the role
- Work with the service team to hand off repairs and keep clients updated
What we are looking for
- 2 or more years in retail sales, ideally fine jewelry, luxury goods, or timepieces
- A polished, client-first approach and strong communication skills
- Comfort with clienteling, follow-up, and building a personal book of business
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player
- Genuine interest in watches and fine jewelry, with willingness to learn the brands
Schedule
- Full-time, in person at our Sudbury showroom
- Tuesday through Saturday (store is closed Sunday and Monday)
- One evening per week (Thursdays we are open until 7)
