Job Description
DataXport is a company based in El Paso, Texas, looking for talented self-motivated candidates who are interested in joining our dynamic team for a PC refresher/break-fix project as a temporary deployment technician position in the Amarillo area.
Salary and benefits
- Up to $22 per hour plus bonuses.

Responsibilities
- Deploy new computer assets, install applications, and perform initial startup activities.
- Document imaging and deployment data.
- Perform on-site procedures following installation guidelines.
- Creates written reports and documentation as needed.
- Packing, documenting, and labeling equipment for shipment.
- Escalate and report all issues into established documentation.
- Other administrative duties.
Qualifications
- An associate degree or an equivalent level of experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of PC deployment experience is required.
- PC break/fix and refresher experience preferred.
- MDM, O365 troubleshooting, and user management.
- Knowledge of data communication and network concepts, principles, and fundamentals is required.
- Proficiency with LAN, WAN/MAN, data center, or wireless networks.
- Pass a drug test, background, and fingerprint check.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Reliable transportation.
- Able to lift 25 pounds.
