The Role

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project. You will oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, client relationships, subcontractor management, procurement activities, and project teams to ensure safe and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Manage project financials, change orders, billing, and forecasting
• Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
• Lead project teams while mentoring and developing junior staff
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
• Support long-term workforce and resource planning initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

• 3 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
• Experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
• Data center, mission critical, telecommunications, or critical facilities project experience
• Experience with electrical distribution systems, cabling infrastructure, and white space fit-outs
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
• Strong scheduling, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Experience

• Mission critical or hyperscale data center experience
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline
• PMP or PMI-SP certification
• Experience with COINS, ConEst, and Microsoft Office Suite
