The Role
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data center project. You will oversee project planning, execution, financial performance, client relationships, subcontractor management, procurement activities, and project teams to ensure safe and successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Manage project financials, change orders, billing, and forecasting
- Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
- Lead project teams while mentoring and developing junior staff
- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
- Support long-term workforce and resource planning initiatives
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 3 years of Electrical Construction Project Management experience
- Experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects
- Data center, mission critical, telecommunications, or critical facilities project experience
- Experience with electrical distribution systems, cabling infrastructure, and white space fit-outs
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments
- Strong scheduling, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
- Mission critical or hyperscale data center experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related discipline
- PMP or PMI-SP certification
- Experience with COINS, ConEst, and Microsoft Office Suite
