Project Executive – Mission Critical & Data Center Construction

You’ll be joining a forward-thinking general contractor with a dedicated critical facilities division, specializing in the planning and execution of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects nationwide. With an exceptional pipeline of work, they are building the future of digital infrastructure.
The Role
As Project Executive, you will oversee multiple large-scale data center projects, providing leadership and direction across all phases of construction. You’ll drive project performance, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in the strategic growth of the mission critical business unit.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor multiple Project Managers and project teams.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and financial performance.
- Drive proposal development and client presentations.
- Provide executive-level oversight on safety, risk management, and compliance.
- Collaborate with preconstruction to deliver maximum value for clients.
- Play a leadership role in shaping the unit’s growth strategy and business development.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 13 years in construction project management, with at least several in mission critical or data center builds.
- Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Strong financial and business acumen with client-facing experience.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Salary : $180,000 - $230,000
