Job Title: Construction Manager (Owners Rep - Data Centers)

Looking for your next big challenge? A leading engineering and consulting firm is seeking an experienced Construction Manager II to lead mission-critical construction projects across the United States.
You’ll act as the key link between owners, contractors, and design teams—driving projects from pre-construction through to closeout, solving complex challenges, and ensuring delivery meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
The position
• Lead construction projects from design through to handover
• Act as the owner’s representative across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, commissioning, and construction administration
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and risks—driving mitigation and issue resolution
• Provide clear reporting and client-facing updates
• Support preconstruction, bids, and ongoing client development
Could this role be for you?
• 5 years’ experience in construction/project management (mission-critical preferred)
• Strong knowledge of commissioning (electrical, mechanical, controls systems)
• Experience managing complex builds end-to-end
• Proficiency with Procore & MS Office
• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 75–100% travel across the U.S. (long-term project assignments)

Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
