Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: 1000 East Grand Des Moines, IA 50319

2. Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s) : PC’s (Agency provided) (No Remote Work)
3. Computer software to be used : MS Office Suite- Outlook, Excel, Word and then our Proprietary Web-based System
4. Interview Mode Short telephone interview (5-10 min.)
5. Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience HS graduate, customer service background with at least 6 months of call center experience with high call volumes.
6. Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: PC experience
7. Desired skills: Able to learn information quickly and then turn around and communicate that information to callers.
8. Duties/Responsibilities: Will take back-to-back in bound calls dealing with unemployment experience.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $16.00 per hour
