Job Summary
Patrol and secure gatehouse as well as identify risks to residents, members, and guests.
Responsibilities
- Follows all Security and Safety Programs
- Handles resident and member requests in a professional and satisfactory manner
- Performs routine Security Guard duties
- Monitors front gate
- Sells and issues gate passes
- Patrols property, answers alarms and investigates
- Calls and coordinates with law enforcements and emergency services as needed
- Issues citations and warnings for rule infractions and violations
- Performs all other duties as necessary and/or assigned
Employment Standards
- Satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good Driving Record
- Good Written and Oral Skills
Availability and Schedule
- Varied Shifts – Nights, weekends, holidays
