The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of robust, scalable, and visually compelling user interfaces. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences, while also influencing UI/UX decisions and front-end architectural direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design, development, and optimization of front-end features using React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Translate UI/UX wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs into high-quality, accessible, and responsive user interfaces.
- Own front-end architecture and contribute to long-term technical planning, frameworks, and best practices.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine user flows, improve usability, and ensure design fidelity.
- Implement and maintain reusable components, design systems, and style guides.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and performance best practices.
- Work with backend developers to integrate APIs and enhance overall application performance.
- Monitor and optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid).
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6 ) and React (Hooks, Context API, state management frameworks like Redux or Zustand).
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design systems, and accessible design (WCAG).
- Experience with front-end build tools and workflows (Webpack, Vite, ESLint, Prettier, CI/CD pipelines).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and application state management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical decisions.
- Experience with performance debugging, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library), and version control (Git).
