The Desktop Technician is essential in supporting our clients by handling break/fix support tickets and calls, onsite desktop support, and remote project work. This role involves assisting on larger projects as needed, primarily focusing on ensuring the reliability and smooth operation of our clients’ desktop environments. The Desktop Technician helps maintain client satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of issues. Part-Time and full-time positions are available, with work conducted both onsite Northern New Jersey at customer locations and remotely.
